Happy Friday Everyone!

Happy Friday Everyone!

The countdown begins … one week from now, I will have just finished Skyfall in London!

As you can imagine, plans for my (now annual) forthcoming hop across the pond got me thinking about creative travel related tie-ins that have not been previously posted in my 5 years in the blogosphere.

Well I found a new one – courtesy of the Londontown website. This go-around, I am staying in a hotel in central London – which got me thinking … how many hotels have been featured in famous movies? I am not saying that this list, London Hotels in Films is the most comprehensive, but I think that it is a fun piece of trivia for folks (like myself) who are into that sort of thing.

As for this weekend and going to the movies in particular, it looks like another weekend for me to continue the seemingly never-ending DVR-catchup/Netflix Game. Perhaps, in honor of [WARNING: DOWNTON SPOILER]

the dearly departed Lady Sybil Crawley (Jessica Brown Findlay), I will finally finish a film co-starring her and Felicity Jones, Albatross.

    Sooo jealous that you got to see Skyfall in London! I have about a month to go until it’s released here. Btw, I saw The Sessions last week at TCFF, check out my review if you’re interested.
